Red squirrels are known for not spending a long time on the ground and often prefer being up in the trees. This male red squirrel paused in his foraging duties and stood up on his hind legs to have a sniff and look around to determine where to go next. Small, light and spritely Scottish red squirrels are very fast, so it was a joy to photograph him in a quiet moment.

This is an unframed and unmounted print. The prints will be protected with paper and if there is any damage to the print from shipping please let me know and I will try and rectify the problem.
