A fine art print of the Monochrome Mountain Hare image.

A moulting mountain hare sitting in his moorland habitat, it was the perfect subject to be converted to monochrome to accentuate the texture of the fur and the contrast between the hare and its surroundings. When there is little snow during the winter across the Scottish highlands, mountain hares stick out like a sore thumb! Bright white with no camouflage. When they begin their moulting to the summer coat, they are vulnerable to predators from the sky, but soon the mountain hares are once again camouflaged for protection.

This is an unframed and unmounted print. The prints will be protected with paper and if there is any damage to the print from shipping please let me know and I will try and rectify the problem.

This is a perfect image for any animal lover and will look great in a black frame with a black mounting!
